Creamy Feta Baked in Red Pesto
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Block of Feta
- 1 Tub of Red Pesto
- Your Choice of Bread, for Dipping
- A Pinch of Black Pepper
- Basil to Garnish
Preheat the oven to 200°c. Place the block of feta to an oven-proof dish, add in the tomatoes, and pour over the tub of red pesto.
Bake for 20 minutes until the feta has softened. Sprinkle with black pepper, garnish with basil and serve with bread.
You can serve this versatile dish with breadsticks, chips or salad too!
