Homemade Pizza with ‘Njuda + Pesto

- Pizza Base of Your Choice
- 3 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
- 1 Mozzarella Ball
- ½ Tub of Green Pesto
- 1 Onion, Sliced + Caramelised
- 50g ‘Nduja Sausage Cut Into Small Bite-Sized Pieces
- Fresh Basil, to Garnish

Step 1:
Pre-heat the oven -. Spread the tomato sauce over the base with a spatula, leaving the crust (1 inch) free from the sauce. Drizzle on the green pesto then the onion, nduja, tear the mozzarella, and place out evenly on top.
Step 2:
Bake the pizza until the cheese has melted and the crust is a deep golden brown.
Step 3:
Allow to cool slightly, garnish with fresh basil, serve & enjoy!
Tips!
As with all good pizza, this is just as delicious cold the next day!
