Green Pesto Pasta Chips

  • 1 Tub Green Pesto

  • 200g Pasta of Your Choice

  • 20g Grated Parmesan

  • Salt + Pepper to Taste

  • Basil Leaves, to Garnish

Step 1:

Cook the pasta al dente in a pot of heavily salted water (about 4-5 minutes depending on the pasta.) Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp pesto, toss well to coat all of the pasta.

Step 2:

Airfryer: Preheat the air-fryer to 190°c, cook the pasta golden and crispy approx 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket a few times to make sure the pasta does not stick together, and to also make sure it does not burn as models vary. Depending on the size of the air-fryer you may have to cook it in batches.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°c and cook for 15-20  minutes.

Step 3:

Remove from the air fryer/oven and allow to cool for a minute. Drizzle over the pesto, sprinkle the parmesan cheese and garnish with basil leaves and enjoy!
